The philosophy

After coaching numerous students, I noticed every student hits the same hurdles. YouTube and most courses just show you a perfect demo, but they don't show you how to bridge the gap if you can't replicate it, or what a mistake even looks like.

My goal is to change that. That's why I’ve built Frenzel First, designed for true self-study by including the "mistakes and fixes" directly in the product in a language you can understand.

Coaching is still there for those who want the fast track and full experience, but you shouldn’t have to pay for a private session just to have an instructor spot a common mistake. I’ve built those answers into the course so you can work on these yourself

About The Dry Sessions

My name is Pieter, nice to meet you!

I’m from the Netherlands, where I grew up around tulips, windmills, and lakes.

I fell in love with freediving in 2019 during a trip to Cambodia (pro tip: don't go there just for diving;-)). Since then, it has taken over my life! To the point where, in 2022, I left my job in sales and distribution to live a more meaningful life in Dahab, Egypt.

Over the years, I have been teaching equalization online, whether it's 1-1 or in groups. I've attended about every equalization course out there I could get my hands on because I'm just a big nerd like that. I always wanted to build my own courses and teach equalization exactly the way I see it; Frenzel First is my first product!

I'm stoked to share my knowledge and passion for freediving with those who love exploring beneath the surface.
