Mouthfill Mechanics
a limited summer training series
Mouthfill Mechanics is a 8-week HD video series to help you train dry EQ with purpose.
This summer, you're diving! The question is whether your mouthfill is going to be there when you need it.
Join this series to train together and purposefully work on your dry skills.

Mouthfill is a motor skill, and it can be trained dry.
That's what this series is built around.
This series focuses on improving your dry skills. It shows you what right and wrong look like, why it's happening, and gives you practical tips and progressions for improving it. All of it explained in a language you can actually understand.
Over 15 exercises and 20 common mistakes & fixes. 60+ HD quality videos!
15+ crucial dry exercises you can train anywhere.
20 common mistakes and fixes: what goes wrong and exactly how to correct it.
Built on private coaching-level-content.
60+ videos covering every mechanic from fundamentals to bubbler.
Each module focuses on one mechanic, so nothing gets lost.
Mouthfill is built in layers. This series follows that logic from the ground up.

Dry training principles
How to set up your training, spot your own mistakes, and how to keep improving.

Fundamentals
The principles that everything else sits on.

The Charge
The M-charge. How to load properly, what it feels like, what to look for, and how to train it.

Isolations
Jaw, cheeks, and tongue, each one is trained separately before combining them.

The Bubbler
How to build one, how to use it, and put it all to work
What this is. And what it's not.
This is not a study course. No long theory sections. No certificate at the end.
This is Mouthfill Mechanics: an 8-week dry training video series. New modules drop every week!
Each module is one mechanic. No overlap, no overload.
It shows you what usually happens behind closed doors of private equalization coaching sessions.
Each step involved in building a correct mouthfill sequence, from scratch. A quality charge, the right muscle isolations, and the repetitions that rewires your body to make it more automatic. Every mechanic broken down. Every step is trained until it sticks.

Why should you even train dry EQ?
EQ is a motor skill that regresses when you don't actively keep it up. The foundation stays, but the finesse fades when unused.
One dive session gives you 5 minutes of EQ time, split across everything else going on. One dry session is 15 minutes of nothing but EQ.
In the water, you feel when it's wrong and too late. On land, you can actually see it, isolate it, and fix it.
Bad habits built in the water are hard to unlearn since you cannot see them. Build it right on land first.
If any of these sound like you.
